What are FastFind Codes?
FastFind Codes are easy-to-remember, individual codes given to products and services, which you can enter into a search box to jump directly to the item.
How do I report a merchant?
If you do come across a merchant who won't respond to your requests for help, or give a legitimate refund, and you have given them every chance to respond, then please let us know via the Report A Merchant form. We will do my best to help you, without charge of course. If we are unable to get a satisfactory conclusion in a timely manner, without a valid explanation, we will take action against the merchant, like remove their products and services from the GoDefy website. This way other GoDefy users won't have to go through the pain you went through.
Where do I report a broken link/image?
If you've found something broken, incorrect, or missing on any of the webpages, please let us know using the form at the bottom of the webpage where you found the problem. The software automatically adds the webpage URL to the email you send, which helps pinpoint exactly where the problem is, so that we can fix it more quickly.
I think someone has copied your site. Where do I report this?
If you ever come across a webpage that looks like they have copied the content from this website, please let us know using the form at the bottom of this page, and we will take appropriate action against the perpetrators. Thank you for caring.
What is your phone number?

How do I stop getting emails from GoDefy?
All GoDefy NewsFlash emails, except service announcements and administrative messages, are opt-in only, which means they're not sent to you without your prior permission. If you change your mind and wish to stop receiving a certain email, simply go to your GoDefy account and change your NewsFlash Preferences.
Merchant Questions
Can I submit my product to the GoDefy directory?
GoDefy currently adds products and services found via a number of sources, including web surfing, blogs, newsletters, press releases, word of mouth, etc. But we may consider offering a service whereby merchants may submit their commercial product or service for a quick review and addition to the website, if there is sufficent demand. If you're interested, please signify your interest in your GoDefy account, and you will be notified if, and when, the Product Submission program launches.
How can I improve my rankings in the GoDefy directory?
By default, product listings are ranked on the popularity (sales) of the products. New products are naturally ranked last. We may consider offering merchants a choice of improving their rankings, if there is sufficient demand. If you're interested, please signify your interest in your GoDefy account, and you will be notified if, and when, the Improve Rankings program launches.
Can I advertise on GoDefy?
We currently don't offer advertising on GoDefy. But we may consider offering advertising space, if there is sufficient demand. If you're interested, please signify your interest in your GoDefy account, and you will be notified if, and when, the Advertising program launches.

Can I copy some of your content on my website?
Please don't. We have put a lot of time, effort, and money into creating this website. It is my family's livelihood. Without it, my family would not have a roof over their heads, or food on the table, or clothes on their backs. As such, we do not allow copying of the website content. I haven't received the GoDefy sign up confirmation email. What should I do?
The most common reason for the confirmation email astray is because of an incorrect email address. If you are still waiting for the sign up confirmation email after 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk email box to see if the confirmation email ended up there. Feel free to contact us if you need help. Please include your first name, member name, and email address to help us track down your application.
Why is GoDefy.com in Beta mode?
The beta version of GoDefy.com represents the core features of what we have envisioned for the full version. We launched GoDefy.com Beta to the public in the hope that you will help us improve GoDefy, by reporting any bugs found and suggesting features you would like to see in future versions.
Where can I get the software that runs GoDefy?
The software that runs GoDefy was created in-house. We may consider licensing the software to other companies, if there is sufficient demand. If you're interested, please signify your interest in your GoDefy account, and when, the Software Licensing program launches.
Do you accept interview requests?
It depends. Please contact us with full details of your request.
How do I cancel my GoDefy account?
Contact us and we will close your account and remove all your personal information from our systems. We plan to automate this process soon, but for now we have to do this manually.
