While the earlier report stemmed from a source with a respectable track record, our skepticism remained. Since the inception of the first generation, Samsung has consistently employed Qualcomm chips exclusively in its Galaxy Z series foldable phones, even in regions where the company sold Galaxy S series phones with Exynos chips.
