Google usually holds the official Google Pixel showcase event in early October. With component supplies improving, we were expecting this year to have no delays. And boy, we were right. The Mountain View company has officially announced the Google Pixel 8 event, and it’s at the beginning of October. And yesterday, early in the morning, Google finally let the cat out of the bag, announcing its annual Pixel Hardware event. The Made by Google event will take place in New York City on Wednesday, October 4th, at 10 a.m. ET. According to the invitations, it will be an in-person event, and Google will live-stream it on YouTube and the Google Store website. While Google waited for the one-month mark before sending out invites last year, this year, they started sending invitations well over a month before the event.
